PAP urges to use ICT to enhance good governance

Pan African Parliament (PAP) has approved all treaties, protocols and agreements, which were entered by African countries, are coordinated with the objectives of the African Union objectives.

Botswana has recommended that ICT to be employed as a tool aimed to enhance good governance and information dissemination at the meeting Kasane held in The ICT capacity will enhance the regional economic communities and regional parliamentary forums. The meeting on 'Harmonization of Regional Economic Communities and Regional Parliamentary Forums in Africa' has urged for the establishments of mechanisms, which will enable the the engagement of citizens, civil society and inter-governmental organizations in order to mobilize the voices of the people on national issues. Southern African Development Community and Parliamentary Forum hosted the meeting.
