Nasscom launches third cyber policing lab in Bangalore, India

NASSCOM and Canara Bank have jointly launched the cyber lab in the city. Nasscom is planning to establish its fourth cyber lab in Pune. The company has already established its two-cyber labs in Mumbai and Thane. According to K R Srinivasan, DG of state and IG of police, Karnataka Police need cyber policing. NASSCOM is linking up with vulnerable groups like kids and parents to help in addressing issues like Internet monitoring. The company has already trained 100 people at the Mumbai cyber lab, while the company is planning same for Bangalore cyber lab. NASSCOM is planning to introduce e-Learning lessons in police stations.
