Newcastle City Council of UK has relaunched a new website for council which aims to be accessible regardless of age, experience or disability.

It will focus on the services the council provides. The website will use standardised language not jargon to help users. Some additional services will be available on the website such as online payment, online booking and online forms so that the customers can deal with the council electronically wherever they want.
