Haryana Govt transfers 2 senior IAS Officers; Dusmanta Kumar Behera appointed Secretary to Governor

The Haryana Government  issued transfer and posting orders of two senior IAS officers, with the changes taking immediate effect, according to an official notification.

Vijayendra Kumar, IAS, currently serving as the Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) of the Cooperation Department, Personnel (Appointments) Department, and Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to the proposed Haryana Revenue Enhancement Board, has now been given the additional responsibility of Additional Chief Secretary, Sainik and Ardh Sainik Welfare Department, Haryana. This administrative move is part of a broader reshuffle aimed at strengthening key departmental operations.

Dusmanta Kumar Behera named Secretary to Governor

In another significant posting, Dusmanta Kumar Behera, IAS, has been appointed Secretary to the Governor of Haryana. Behera will continue to retain his existing charge as Director General and Secretary, Development and Panchayats Department, thereby ensuring continuity in rural development and governance initiatives across the state.
