Shelly Rathi, a 2021-batch officer of the Delhi, Andaman and Nicobar Islands Civil Service (DANICS), has been appointed as the Joint Secretary to the Chief Minister of Delhi. This appointment is part of a broader reshuffle within the Delhi government.
Rathi previously held the position of Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) in Kapashera, serving within the Revenue Department. In this role, she was instrumental in ensuring efficient governance, focusing on local administration, law enforcement, and public service management.
