Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA)

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has earmarked 500 acres of land in the Yamuna Expressway region for the development of a dedicated AI and financial services hub, officials said.

The proposed hub will be developed as a technology-focused zone aimed at attracting companies working in artificial intelligence, fintech, data centres, software development and digital services. Authorities said the initiative is part of a broader effort to build advanced technology infrastructure and boost investment in the region.

The designated land is located in Sector 11 and is expected to be developed with modern infrastructure, high-speed connectivity and reliable power and data networks to meet the needs of technology-driven companies.

Officials said the hub will support both domestic and international firms looking to expand operations in North India. The project is expected to generate employment opportunities and strengthen the region’s role as a growing technology corridor.

A YEIDA official said, “The AI and finance hub will provide companies with a dedicated, well-planned ecosystem that supports innovation, digital infrastructure and high-value services.”

With land now earmarked, the authority will begin detailed planning, infrastructure development and investor outreach to invite companies to set up operations in the new technology zone.
