Chhattisgarh Infotech Promotion Society (CHiPS) has successfully launched Khanij Online 2.0 (KO 2.0), marking a significant milestone in India’s push toward transparent and technology-driven mineral governance.
CS TECH Ai, the system integrator for the project, played a central role in ensuring the seamless transition from the earlier Khanij Online (CHiMMS) platform while leading the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the enhanced 2.0 version.
Built on an “Enforcement-by-Design” framework, Khanij Online 2.0 embeds compliance directly into operational workflows. No mineral dispatch can proceed without a pre-paid e-permit and active GPS verification, creating a fully auditable logistics chain and plugging key revenue leakages across the mining ecosystem.

This transformation replaces fragmented, paper-driven processes with a real-time governance model designed to ensure transparency, traceability, and financial integrity in mineral operations.
