The Gujarat Government has announced the transfer of three senior IAS officers, as per a notification issued by the General Administration Department on August 2, 2025.
Mona K. Khandhar (IAS, 1996 batch), who was serving as Principal Secretary, Science & Technology Department, has been appointed as Principal Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Department, replacing Ramesh Chand Meena.
Ramesh Chand Meena (IAS, 1998 batch), formerly holding dual charges as Principal Secretary of the Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Department and Ports and Transport Department, will now serve as the full-time Principal Secretary, Ports and Transport Department.

Meanwhile, Ponugumatla Bharathi (IAS, 2005 batch), Special Commissioner of State Tax in Ahmedabad, has been appointed as Secretary, Science & Technology Department, succeeding Khandhar.
