Tembo Global Industries Ltd. (NSE: TEMBO), a leading force in the industrial engineering and manufacturing sector, has announced the appointment of Fatema S. Kachwala as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), effective July 15, 2025.
With over 11 years of experience in finance and business operations, Kachwala holds a Master’s degree in Commerce from the University of Pune and a Post Graduate Diploma in International Business. Her expertise in financial planning and human resource management is expected to enhance the company’s performance across its diversified business domains.
The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors following formal consent and an evaluation of her qualifications and contributions to the organization. Sanjay J. Patel, Managing Director of Tembo Global Industries Ltd., noted that her appointment comes at a crucial time as the company expands into defence manufacturing, solar power, and EPC contracting. He emphasized that Kachwala’s strategic acumen will help drive fiscal discipline and sustainable growth.

Established in 2010, Tembo Global Industries is known for its specialization in the production and assembly of metal components for pipe support systems, HVAC, fasteners, anchors, anti-vibration systems, and equipment installations across industrial, commercial, utility, and OEM sectors. The company also trades complementary metal products and is a recognized fabrication and installation expert in ductile pipes, HDB pipes and fittings, and MS plates. With certifications from Underwriter’s Laboratory Inc. (USA) and FM Approval (USA), Tembo is also a 2 Star Export House. In 2023, it entered the EPC contracting space and secured key infrastructure orders. The company further expanded in 2024 into defence manufacturing and solar energy.
