In a significant administrative overhaul, the Union Ministry of Home Affairs has transferred 66 IAS and IPS officers of the Arunachal Pradesh–Goa–Mizoram–Union Territories (AGMUT) cadre across Delhi, Jammu and Kashmir, and other Union Territories. The reshuffle marks the first major administrative exercise since the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) assumed power in Delhi after 27 years.

Delhi witnessed the largest number of transfers, with 21 IAS and 23 IPS officers either moved out of the Capital or brought back from other UTs.
