The Lieutenant Governor of Delhi has issued transfer and posting orders for five IAS officers on February 27, 2025. Notably, three officers have been assigned key positions in the Chief Minister’s Office.
Key Appointments:
Azimul Haque (IAS: 2007: AGMUT): Previously Member (Administration) at Delhi Jal Board, Haque now takes charge as CEO of the Delhi Waqf Board.
Dr. Madhu Rani Teotia (IAS: 2008: AGMUT): Assigned as Secretary to Chief Minister Rekha Gupta upon her joining GNCTD.

Sandeep Kumar Singh (IAS: 2011: AGMUT): Joins GNCTD as Special Secretary to the Chief Minister.

Sachin Rana (IAS: 2014: AGMUT): Former Additional Chief Electoral Officer, now holds additional charge as Member (Administration), Delhi Jal Board.
