Prime Minister Narendra Modi has unveiled the Kumbh Sah’AI’yak chatbot, a pioneering initiative that combines heritage with technology to create a Digital Mahakumbh experience. The chatbot is designed to enhance the pilgrimage of an estimated 45 crore devotees expected to attend the Mahakumbh from across India and the world.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s vision of blending tradition with modern infrastructure has driven the push for digital transformation at this grand spiritual event. The chatbot launch is a significant step toward making the Mahakumbh 2025 more accessible and efficient for devotees.
Comprehensive Assistance in 11 Languages
The AI-powered ‘Kumbh SahaAIyak’ chatbot, available in 11 languages, offers instant access to vital information such as navigation, parking, and accommodation. Devotees can interact with the chatbot via voice or text through their mobile devices, receiving real-time answers in their preferred language.
Supported languages include Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati, Marathi, Punjabi, Bengali, and Urdu.
