Aligning with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of a digitally empowered and developed India, the Ministry of Coal has formally launched the Mine Opening Permission module within the Single Window Clearance System (SWCS) portal. The significant advancement was inaugurated by the Secretary of, the Ministry of Coal, Vikram Dev Dutt, on November 7, 2024.
