Appointments(GoI): Harsimran Singh made CVO of NALCO, Check List

Several key appointments and additional charges have been issued across various departments:


  • Nikhil Kumar Kanodia (IPS: 2003: OD), currently serving as Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO), Airports Authority of India (AAI), Delhi, has been given the additional charge of CVO, Pawan Hans Ltd. (PHL), Delhi, for three months.
  • Chandrani Gupta (IES: 2007), CVO, The Braithwaite, Burn & Jessop Construction Company Ltd. (BBJ), Kolkata, is assigned additional charge as CVO, Andrew Yule & Company Ltd. (AYCL), Kolkata, for one year.
  • Harsimran Singh (IRSE (Civil): 2001), CVO, Hindustan Copper Ltd. (HCL), Kolkata, has been assigned additional charge as CVO, National Aluminium Company Ltd. (NALCO), Bhubaneswar, for three months.
  • Amitabh Gupta (IPS: 1992: MH) has been appointed as Inspector General, Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), until his superannuation on June 30, 2029.
  • Kalmeshwar Shingenavar (IPS: 2012: TG), Rohini Priyadarshini P (IPS: 2012: TG), and Arvind Sukumar (IPS: 2016: KL) have been appointed as Assistant Directors in Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy (SVPNPA) for five years.
  • Akhil Chaudhary (IPS: PB: 2012) has been appointed as Superintendent of Police, Bureau of Police Research & Development (BPR&D) for five years.
  • Sanjeev Kumar Singla (IFS: 1997), Ambassador of India to Israel, has been appointed as the next Ambassador of India to France.
  • Ajit Vinayak Gupte (IFS: 1991), Ambassador of India to Egypt, has been appointed as the next Ambassador of India to the Federal Republic of Germany.
