In a minor bureaucratic reshuffle, the Maharashtra Government transferred 3 IAS officers in the state.
IAS Rajesh Narvekar (2009 batch), who previously served as Navi Mumbai Municipal Commissioner, has been appointed the Director of Information Technology in Mumbai.
IAS Vinay Moon (2011 batch) takes charge as the Director of Sericulture in Nagpur, tasked with boosting silk production and supporting local sericulturists.
IAS Yogesh Kumbhejkar (2016 batch) has been appointed as Managing Director of Maharashtra State Seeds Corporation in Akola, responsible for overseeing seed distribution vital to the state’s agricultural growth.
