In a significant move by the Chhattisgarh government led by Vishnudev Sai, 20 IAS officers, including three new collectors, have been transferred and posted across the state.

Among the notable transfers, 2003 batch IAS officer Ritu Jain has been transferred to Delhi on central deputation. She will take up her new role at the CSIDC Delhi Headquarters, bringing her expertise to the national level.

In a major development, 2008 batch IAS officer Mahadev Kavre has been appointed Commissioner for the Raipur Division. Additionally, 2008 batch IAS officer Sharda Verma has been assigned dual responsibilities in the Finance Department and the Commercial Tax (Registration) Department.

Key changes in district collector positions include the appointment of IAS Vinay Kumar Langeh as Collector of Mahasamund, IAS Chandan Sanjay Tripathi as Collector of Korea, and IAS Sanvit Mishra as Collector of Bijapur.

Further administrative adjustments include the appointment of 2005 batch IAS officer Neelam Namdev Ekka as Commissioner for Bilaspur, marking a strategic realignment in the region’s oversight.
