In a significant administrative reshuffle in the state of Maharashtra, several high-ranking Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers have been transferred to new positions. The following transfer orders were issued on October 27, 2023:

1. Sachindra Pratap Singh, IAS (2007) Appointed as Additional Director General, YASHADA, Pune

Sachindra Pratap Singh, a seasoned IAS officer of the 2007 batch, has been appointed as the Additional Director General at the Yashwantrao Chavan Academy of Development Administration (YASHADA) in Pune.

2. Radhabinod Aribam Sharma, IAS (2012) Takes Charge as Jt.MC, MMRDA, Mumbai

Radhabinod Aribam Sharma, an IAS officer from the 2012 batch, who was previously serving as the Chief Administrator of the New Township under CIDCO, Chattrapati Sambhaji Nagar, has been posted as the Joint Municipal Commissioner (Jt.MC) at the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) in Mumbai.

3. S. Ramamoorthy, IAS (2013) Assumes Role as Secretary, Fee Regulatory Authority, Mumbai

S. Ramamoorthy, an IAS officer from the 2013 batch, who was serving as the Joint Municipal Commissioner (Jt.MC) at MMRDA, Mumbai, has been transferred to the position of Secretary at the Fee Regulatory Authority in Mumbai.

4. Aman Mittal, IAS (2015) Appointed as Managing Director, MPCL, Mumbai

Aman Mittal, a dynamic IAS officer belonging to the 2015 batch, has been appointed as the Managing Director of the Maharashtra Power Company Limited (MPCL) in Mumbai.
