West Bengal Govt Shifts 5 IAS Officers to New Posts

The Government of West Bengal, April 6, ordered a minor administrative reshuffle in the state. As per the orders, the state government has transferred five IAS officers to new posts.


  1. Haaris Rasheed (IAS 2018-Batch) has been transferred and appointed as Sub Divisional Officer (SDO), Gangarampur, Dakshin Dinajpur.
  2. Prateek Singh (IAS 2019-Batch) has been transferred and given the charge of SDO, Domkol, Murshidabad.
  3. Dileep Mishra (IAS 2019-Batch) has been transferred and assigned the post of SDO, Karangpur, Paschim Medinapur.
  4. Sumit Kumar Rai (IAS 2019-Batch) will take over the charge of SDO, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas.
  5. Mohd Abdul Shashid (IAS 2019-Batch) will assume the post of SDO, Islampur, Uttar Dinajpur.
