Bureaucratic Rejig in Madhya Pradesh, 6 IAS Officers Assigned New Posts

In a recent move, the Government of Madhya Pradesh ordered a minor administrative reshuffle in the state. Amidst the reshuffle, as many as six IAS officers have been transferred and appointed to new posts.

1. S N Mishra (IAS 1990-Batch) has been assigned the post of Vice Chairman, Narmada Valley Development Authority and the additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary (ACS), Water Resources and Transport.
2. Malay Shrivastava (IAS 1990-Batch) has been shifted and posted as Chairman, Professional Examination Board and ACS, Public Health Engineering Department.
3. Vinod Kumar (IAS 1989-Batch) has been made ACS, General Administration Department (GAD). Kumar will also hold the additional charge of ACS, Legislative Affairs Department.
4. Ajit Kesari (IAS 1990-Batch) assumes the post of Director General, RCPV Naronha Academy of Administration. He will also take up the additional charge of ACS, Agriculture.
5. Deepti Gaud Mukherjee (IAS 1993-Batch) takes over the post of Principal Secretary, Personnel Department.
6. Ashish Kumar (IAS 2009-Batch) has been appointed as Additional Secretary, Water Resource Department and Narmada Valley Development Authority.
