The Department of Information Technology, Uttar Pradesh has included this initiative in its 100-day action plan. The State government has already initiated action in this regard.

The facility will not only make ration available to people easily, but also prevent malpractices by dealers. The collection of ration by the beneficiaries will be digitally recorded.
