The Government of Haryana, on February 8, has been issued transfer and posting orders of 21 IAS officers causing a major administrative reshuffle across the state.

1. Siddhi Nath Roy (IAS 1987-Batch) has been transferred and appointed as Additional Chief Secretary, Archives, Archaeology & Museums Departments.
2. Mahavir Singh (IAS 1989-Batch) has been transferred and assigned the post of Additional Chief Secretary, School Education Department. Singh will also hold the additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary, Sports & Youth Affairs Department.
3. Apoorva Kumar Singh (IAS 1991-Batch) will be taking over the charge of Principal Secretary, Public Health Engineering Department, Principal Secretary, Forests & Wildlife Department and Principal Secretary, Environment & Climate Change Department.
4. Pankaj Yadav (IAS 2001-Batch) gets the post of Managing Director, Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Ltd.
5. Wazeer Singh Goyat (IAS 2003-Batch) has been given the post of Director/Secretary, Higher Education, Director General/Secretary, Technical Education and Secretary, Haryana Human Rights Commission.
6. Sanjay Joon (IAS 2003-Batch) has been assigned the post of Commissioner, Faridabad Division and Special Commissioner, Health & Nutrition, Mewat Area. Joon will also take up the post of Chairman, Mewat Development Agency, Nuh and the additional charge of Resident Commissioner, Haryana Bhawan at New Delhi.
7. Bhupinder Singh (IAS 2005-Batch) has been transferred and appointed as Managing Director, Haryana Medical Services Corporation Ltd.
8. Geeta Bharti (IAS 2005-Batch) gets the charge of Registrar, Cooperative Societies.
9. Chander Shekhar Khare (IAS 2008-Batch) will take over as Special Secretary, Human Resources Department.
10. Yash Garg (IAS 2009-Batch) has been given the post of Secretary, Haryana Public Service Commission.
11. Naresh Kumar (IAS 2011-Batch) has been assigned the charge of Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Karnal and District Municipal Commissioner, Karnal.
12. Dhirendra Khadgate (IAS 2012-Batch) will be taking over as Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Yamunanagar and District Municipal Commissioner, Yamunanagar.
13. Ajay Singh Tomar (IAS 2012-Batch) has been moved to Sirsa as Deputy Commissioner.
14. Manoj Kumar-I (IAS 2012-Batch) gets the charge of Labour Commissioner and Special Secretary, Labour Department.
15. Shakti Singh (IAS 2012-Batch) has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Rohtak.
16. Nishant Kumar Yadav (IAS 2013-Batch) has been made Deputy Commissioner of Gurugram.
17. Virender Kumar Dahiya (IAS 2013-Batch) has been transferred to Jind at the capacity of Deputy Commissioner.
18. Anish Yadav (IAS 2014-Batch) has been transferred and appointed as Deputy Commissioner of Karnal and CEO of Karnal Smart City Ltd. He will also be taking over the post of Additional CEO, Drone Imaging & Information Systems of Haryana Ltd. (DRIISHYA).
19. Manoj Kumar-II (IAS 2014-Batch) has been assigned the posts of Deputy Commissioner, Nuh and CEO, Mewat Development Agency, Nuh.
20. Virender Lather (IAS 2014-Batch) will be taking over the charges of Commissioner, Municipal Corporation of Ambala and District Municipal Commissioner, Ambala.
21. Dr Balpreet Singh (IAS 2019-Batch) has been made Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil), Ambala Cantonment. Singh will also take up the role of Estate Officer for Management of Government Land in Excise Area, Ambala Cantonment.
