Centre Reshuffles Charges of 5 IAS Officers

The Government of India has issued orders to move a minor administrative reshuffle and transferred five senior IAS officers from various state cadres. The transfer orders from the government have received a nod from the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet.

1. S Kishore (IAS 1989-Batch of West Bengal cadre) has been transferred and posted as Chairman of Staff Selection Commission (SSC).

2. Sanjay Malhotra (IAS 1990-Batch of Rajasthan cadre) has been shifted to Delhi and assigned the charge of Secretary, Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance.

3. Alkesh Kumar Sharma (IAS 1990-Batch of Kerala cadre) has been appointed the post of Secretary (Coordination), Cabinet Secretariat.


4. Manoj Ahuja (IAS 1990-Batch of Odisha cadre) will be taking over as Secretary, Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare. He has also been appointed as the Officer on Special Duty (OSD), Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare.

5. Arti Ahuja (IAS 1990-Batch of Odisha cadre) has been assigned the post of Secretary, Department of Chemicals and Petro-Chemicals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers.
