Vidushi Chaturvedi, an IP&TA&FS 1998-Batch officer, has been assigned the post of Deputy Director General (DDG) in the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI). The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) gave a green signal for Vidushi’s appointment as DDG, UIDAI, on October 26, 2021.
Vidushi has been given the new assignment after the reduction of her tenure as Director, Department of Health & Family Welfare under the Central Staffing Scheme.
As per the orders issued by the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), will be holding the newly appointed charge on a deputation basis for a tenure up to March 20, 2025.
