The Government of Kerala, recently, nodded to a major administrative reshuffle in the state that led to the transfers and postings of 35 IAS officers across Kerala. The state government issued the order for the reshuffle on Wednesday, July 7.

Asha Thomas (IAS 1988-Batch) has been posted as Additional Chief Secretary (ACS), Personnel and Administrative Department. Thomas was also given the additional charge of ACS, Health and Family Welfare (Medical Education) Department including Kerala University of Health Sciences.

Teeka Ram Meena (IAS 1988-Batch) has been posted as ACS, Planning and Economic Affairs Department. Also, he gets the additional charge of Member Secretary, Kerala State Planning Board.

Dr V Venu (IAS 1990-Batch) has been given the post of ACS, Higher Education Department and the additional charge of ACS, Tourism Department.

Sarada Muraleedharan (IAS 1990-Batch) has been posted as ACS, Local Self Government (Urban and Rural).

Bishwanath Sinha (IAS 1992-Batch) gets the charge of Principal Secretary (PS), Electronics and Information Technology Department and the additional charges of PS, Programme Implementation and Monitoring Department; and PS, Urban-Waste to Energy Programme to Local Self Government Department.

Rajesh Kumar Sinha (IAS 1994-Batch) has been appointed as PS, Forest and Wild Life Department. Also, he has been assigned the additional charge of Industries (Coir) Department.

Rani George (IAS 1996-Batch) has been made PS, Cultural Affairs Department. In addition, George gets the additional charges of PS, Social Justice Department and Women & Child Development Department.

Sharmila Mary Joseph (IAS 1997-Batch) has been assigned the post of Secretary, Taxes Department and the additional charges of Sports and Youth Affairs Department and Ayush Department.

Tinku Biswal (IAS 1997-Batch) has been posted as Secretary, Animal Husbandry and Dairy Development Department. Biswal, also, gets the additional charge of Secretary, Ports Department.

Anand Singh (IAS 2000-Batch) has been appointed as Secretary, Public Works Department (PWD). Besides, Singh also gets the additional charges of Project Director, Kerala State Transport Project and Special Officer, Capital Region Development Project.

Sanjay M Kaul (IAS 2001-Batch) has been made CEO, Kerala and Secretary, Election Department. Also, he has been given the additional charges of Secretary Finance (Expenditure) Department and Chairman & Managing Director (CMD), Kerala Financial Corporation.

Saurabh Jain (IAS 2002-Batch) has been posted as Secretary, Local Self Government (Urban) Department. Further, he has also been given the additional charge of Secretary, Taxes (Excise), Department.

Dr Rathan U Kelkar (IAS 2003-Batch) has been made Commissioner, Kerala State Goods and Services Tax Department.

Biju Prabhakar (IAS 2004-Batch) gets the post of Secretary, Transport alongwith the additional charge of CMD, Kerala State Road Transport Corporation Ltd.

C A Latha (IAS 2005-Batch) has been posted as Secretary, Information and Public Relations Department.

M G Rajamanickam (IAS 2008-Batch) has been appointed as Managing Director (MD), Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation. Also, Rajamanickam gets the additional charge of Director, Scheduled Castes Development Department.

S Jarikishore (IAS 2008-Batch) has been posted as Director, Industries and Commerce Department.

Dr A Kowsigan (IAS 2009-Batch) has been made Commissioner, Disaster Management and also given the additional charge of Director, Animal Husbandry Department.

Girija R (IAS 2009-Batch) has been assigned the charge of Director, Fisheries Department.

Bhandari Swagat Ranveerchand (IAS 2010-Batch) has been given the post of District Collector, Kasaragod.

P I Sreevidya (IAS 2010-Batch) has been made Executive Director, Kudumbashree.

Suhas S (IAS 2012-Batch) gets the post of MD, Roads and Bridges Development Corporation of Kerala Limited.

Seeram Sambasiva Rao (IAS 2012-Batch) has been posted as Director, Survey and Land Records Department. Also, he gets the additional charge of MD, Kerala State Information Technology Infrastructure Limited (KSITIL).

Dr D Sajith Babu (IAS 2012-Batch) has been made Director, Civil Supplies Department and given the additional charge of State Mission Director, National Ayush Mission.

Shanavas (IAS 2012-Batch) has been posted as Mission Director, Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme.

Haritha V Kumar (IAS 2013-Batch) has been made District Collector, Thrissur.

Dr Narasimhugari T L Reddy (IAS 2013-Batch) gets the post of District Collector, Kozhikode.

Jafar Malik (IAS 2013-Batch) has been appointed as District Collector, Ernakulam.

Anjana M (IAS 2013-Batch) becomes the Joint Secretary, General Administration (AIS) Department and gets the additional charge of Director, Social Justice Department.

Dr P K Jayasree (IAS 2013-Batch) gets the post of District Collector, Kottayam.
