Rajasthan Govt transfers 3 IPS officers

Amidst a minor bureaucratic reshuffle, the Government of Rajasthan, on June 1, issued the orders for transfer posting of three Indian Police Service (IPS) officers in the state.

  1. P Ramjee (IPS 1998-Batch) has been posted as Inspector General (IG), Home Guard, Jaipur.
  2. Umesh Chander Dutta (IPS 2000-Batch) has been transferred and appointed IG, Rajasthan Armed Constabulary (RAC), Rajasthan, Jaipur.
  3. U L Chhanwal (IPS 2003-batch) has been assigned the charge of IG, Law and Order, Police Headquarters (PHQ), Jaipur.
