Kamran Rizvi (1991-Batch IAS) who is serving as Additional Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) has been appointed as the new Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) on Oct 22.
