UP Govt transfers 15 IAS & 2 PCS officers

In a recent major administrative reshuffle, the Yogi Adityanath-led Government of Uttar Pradesh transferred 15 IAS and two PCS officers.

  1. Awadhesh Tiwari, District Magistrate (DM), Mahoba has been given the charge of Special Secretary, APC Branch.

  2. Satyendra Kumar, Special Secretary Basic Education has been made DM of Mahoba.

  3. Rajshekhar, Managing Director (MD), Transport Corporation has been posted as Madalayukt, Kanpur.

  4. Dheeraj Sahu who is currently serving as the Transport Commissioner has been given the additional charge of MD, Transport Corporation.

  5. Mukesh Meshram, Divisional Commissioner, Lucknow has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary, Culture and Tourism.

  6. Ranjan Kumar, Secretary Public Works Department (PWD) has been made Mandalayukt, Lucknow.

  7. Mohammad Mustafa has returned from Central Deputation and has been allotted the charge of  Commissioner, Labour Department.

Eight IAS officers have been allotted their new charges but their postings are awaited.

  1. Anil Dhingra has been given the charge of Special Secretary APC Branch.

  2. Jitendra Bahadur has been appointed as the Special Secretary PWD.

  3. Akhilesh Tiwari has been allotted the post of Special Secretary MSME.

  4. Rajesh Pandey has also been allotted the charge of Special Secretary APC Branch.

  5. Yogesh Kumar Shukla is to assume the charge of Special Secretary Excise once posted.

  6. C Indumati has been made the Director Minority Welfare, however, her posting is awaited.

  7. OP Arya has been given the charge of Member Revenue Council Prayagraj.

  8. Gyan Prakash Tripathi has been made special secretary planning.

Radheshyam Bahadur Singh, a PCS officer, has been made Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) of Badune. Another PCS officer, Manoj Kumar Sagar has allotted the charge of  SDM Rampur.
