Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel-led Government of Chhattisgarh has taken a major decision considering the State’s bureaucratic setup. In a major bureaucratic rejig, the State has transferred more than 50 officers ranging from All India Services to State Administrative Services. As many as 20 district collectors have been shifted amidst the reshuffle.

1. Amitabh Jain (1989-Batch IAS), the present Additional Chief Secretary (ACS), Finance Department with the additional charge of ACS, Public Works Department (PWD), has been given the additional charge of ACS, Water Resources Department.

2. Dr Alok Shukla (1986-Batch IAS), has been given the additional charge of Principal Secretary (PS), Skill Development, Technical Education and Employment Department. Shukla is presently serving as PS, School Education Department and Chairman, Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education and Chairman, Chhattisgarh Vocational Examination Board. His present duties will remain unchanged.

3. Renu Pillay (1991-Batch IAS) is the current ACS, Skill Development, Technical Education and Employment Department with an additional charge of Director General (DG), CAG Administration Academy, Raipur. Pillay has been transferred as Additional Chief Secretary, Medical Education Department. Her remaining charges will remain unchanged.

4. Niharika Barik (1997-Batch IAS) will be relieved of the charge of Secretary, Department of Medical Education. However, Niharika will continue to have the charge of Public Health and Family Welfare Department.

5. Dr Manoj Kumar Pingua (1994-Batch IAS)  has been given the charge of Resident Commissioner, Chhattisgarh Bhawan, New Delhi additional to his present duties. Dr Kumar is at the present the PS, Department of Commerce and Industry and Public Enterprises with an additional charge of PS, Forest Department and Special Duty Officer cum Investment Commissioner, CSIDC, Headquarters New Delhi.

6. Maninder Kaur Dwivedi (1995-Batch IAS) has been relieved of the additional charge of Resident Commissioner, Chhattisgarh Bhawan, New Delhi. However, Dwivedi’s remaining duties will be unchanged.

7. Prasanna R, IPS, who is presently serving as the Secretary, Department of Cooperation and ATI and Secretary, Social Welfare and Secretary, Science and Technology, Planning, Economic and Statistics Department and Commissioner has been given the additional charge of Secretary, Women and Child Development Department and Secretary, Skill Development Department.

8. Pardeshi Siddharth Komal, IPS, the present Secretary, PWD and Secretary, Women and Child Development Department, Secretary, Sports and Youth Welfare Department and Managing Director (MD) will be relieved of his additional charge of Secretary, Women and Child Development Department. Pardeshi’s other duties will remain unchanged.

9. Alarmalmangai D, IAS, has been given additional charge of Secretary, Technical Education and Employment Department. The officer is at present the Secretary, Urban Administration and Development Department and ATI and Charge-Secretary, Higher Education Department and Director, Urban Administration and Developments.

10. Ambalagan P, IAS, Secretary, Department of Mineral Resources and ATI. Charge-Secretary, Secretary, Tourism and Culture has been given an additional charge of Secretary, Religious Trust and Religion Department.

11. Dr Sanjay Kumar Alang, IAS, the District Collector of Bilaspur has been appointed as Commissioner, Bilaspur he has also been given the additional charge of Commissioner, Surguja Division, Ambikapur.

12. Emil Lakra, IAS, Commissioner, Surguja Division, Ambikapur has been posted as Secretary, Revenue Board, Bilaspur with an additional charge of Secretary, Public Commission.

13. CR Prasanna, IAS, Director, Veterinary Services and Special Secretary, Public Health and Family Welfare Department, has been given the additional charge of Commissioner, Health Services and MD, Chhattisgarh Medical Services Corporation.

14. Bhuvanesh Yadav, IAS, the present Commissioner, Health Services and MD, Chhattisgarh Medical Services Corporation has been posted as Special Secretary, Department of Village Industries.

15. Hemant Pahare, will be relieved of his charge of Special Secretary, Village Industries Department.

16. Shammi Abidi, IAS, MD, Chhattisgarh State Cooperative Marketing Association Maryadit (Markfed), Raipur has been posted as Director, Primitive Caste and Scheduled Caste Development.

17. Ranu Sahu, IAS, Collector, Balod has been appointed as Commissioner, Commercial Taxes.

18. Mahadev Kavre, IAS, who is presently serving as the Director, Fund, Accounts and Pension and an additional charge of Joint Secretary, Mineral Resources Department has been posted as District Collector, Jashpur.

19. Avnish Kumar Sharan, IPS, the present District Collector of Kabirdham has been appointed as the Director, Technical Education, Employment and Training.

20. Ankit Anand, IAS, who is presently serving as the District Collector, Durg has now been allocated the additional charge of CEO, Atal Town Development Authority, Nava Raipur. He is also holding the post of MD, Chhattisgarh State Cooperative Marketing Association Maryadit (Markfed), Raipur.

21. Neelam Namdev Ekka, IAS, the current CEO of Atal Town Development Authority, Nava Raipur has been appointed as the MD, Chhattisgarh State Handloom Development and Marketing Association Maryadit, Raipur.

22. Topeshwar Verma, IPS, who is the District Collector of Dantewada has been appointed as the District Collector of Rajnandgaon.

23. Neelkanth Tkam, IPS, the present District Collector, Kondagaon has been transferred as Director, Fund, Accounts and Pension.

24. Himshak Gupta, IAS, who is at present the Registrar, Co-operative Societies and Director, Academy of Administration has been allocated the charge of Registrar, Firms and Institutions.

25. Rajesh Singh Rana, IAS, presently serving as the Joint Secretary, Department of Economic and Statistics and Joint Secretary, Religious Trust and Religion Department has now been transferred as Member Secretary, State Planning Commission.

26. Ranbir Sharma, IAS, Registrar Firms and Institutions and ATI. Charge-Deputy Secretary, Women and Child Development Department has been posted as the District Collector of Surajpur.

27. Abhijeet Singh, IAS, has been posted as District Collector, Narayanpur. Singh is the present MD of State Rural Livelihood Mission.

28. Shyam Lal Dhawade, IAS, has been transferred as District Collector, Balrampur-Ramanujganj. He presently is the District Collector, Gariaband.

29. Sanjeev Kumar Jha, IAS, has been appointed as District Collector, Surguja.

27. Saransh Mitter, IAS, has been posted as District Collector, Bilaspur.

28. Yashwant Kumar, IAS, has been posted as Collector, District-Janjgir-Champa. He is, at present, the District Collector, Raigad.

29. Karthikeya Goyal, IAS, has been posted as District Collector, Mahasamund.

30. Dr Sarveshwar Narendra Bhure, IAS, has been appointed as District Collector, Durg.

31. Sunil Kumar Jain, IAS, has been given the charge of District Collector, Balodabazar-Bhatapara.

32. Ramesh Kumar Sharma, IAS, is the present Deputy Secretary, Office of Chief Secretary and ATI. Director of Charge, Land Records and Commissioner, Commercial Tax. Sharma has been posted as Collector, District Kabirdham.

33. Janak Prasad Pathak, IAS, has been posted as Director, Land Records.

34. Janmejaya Mahobe, IAS, has been transferred as Collector, District Balod.

35. Ritesh Kumar Aggarwal, IAS, has been appointed as District Collector, Bijapur.

36. Jayaprakash Maurya, IAS has been posted as District Collector, Dhamtari.

37. Shikha Rajput Tiwari, IAS, has been given the charge of Controller, Nap-weigh.

38. Deepak Soni, IAS, has been posted as District Collector, Dantewada.

39. Tamboli Ayyaz Fakirbhai, IAS, the current Collector, Bastar district has been given the additional charge of CEO, Raipur Development Authority, Raipur. He also has the charge of Commissioner, Chhattisgarh Housing Board.

40. Bhim Singh, IAS, has been posted as District Collector, Raigarh.

41. Pushpendra Kumar Meena, IAS, has been appointed as District Collector, Kondagaon.

42. Chhatar Singh Dehre, IAS, has been posted as District Collector, Gariaband. He is the present Additional Commissioner, Divisional Office, Bilaspur with an additional charge of Secretary, Revenue Board, Bilaspur and Secretary, Public Commission.

43. KD Kunjam, IAS, has been posted as Joint Secretary, General Administration Department with an additional charge of Joint Secretary, Revenue Department. At present, he is District Collector, Bijapur.

44. Rajat Bansal, IAS, has been posted as Collector, District Bastar.

45. Nilesh Kumar Mahadev Kshirsagar, IAS, Collector, Jashpur has been given the additional charge of CEO, State Skill Development Agency, Raipur. At present, he is posted as Controller, Food and Drug Administration.

46. Satyanarayan Rathore, IAS, has been posted as Collector, District Korea.

47. Padum Singh Elma, IAS, has been posted as Collector, District-Mungeli.

48. Jagdish Sonkar, IAS, has been posted as CEO, Chhattisgarh State Watershed Management Agency, Raipur.

49. Divya Umesh Mishra, IAS, has been transferred as Director, Women and Child Development.

50. Matheswaran V, while holding the post of Director, Horticulture, has been given the additional charge of Director, Veterinary Services.
