In an official order by the Government of Haryana, released on March 19, four IAS officers and two HCS officers have been transferred with immediate effect.

A 2005-Batch IAS officer, Bhupinder Singh has been given additional charge of Director and Special Secretary to the Department Welfare of Schedule Castes and Backward Classes. Singh is presently serving as Director, Department of Social Justice & Empowerment. Also, Special Secretary to the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment and to the Department of Finance.

Dusmanta Kumar Behera (2007-Batch) has been posted as Director and Special Secretary to the Department of Media Education and Research, Government of Haryana. Transfer orders of Behera are still awaited.

Rajnarayan Kaushik, a 2010-Batch IAS officer has been appointed as the Secretary, Haryana Public Service Commission. Kaushik is presently serving as Director and Special Secretary to the Department of Medical Education and Research.

An IAS officer from 2014 cadre, Mahavir Singh has been transferred as Additional Deputy Commissioner of Kaithal and Secretary, RTA, Kaithal. However, Varsha Khangwal, HCS officer of 2004-Batch has been given the charge of Additional Director (Administration) and Additional Secretary to the Department of Information, Public Relations & Languages.

Moreover, Meenaxee Raj (2013-Batch HCS officer) who is currently holding the position of Joint Transport Commissioner and Vigilance Officer, HAFED has been transferred as Joint Director and Deputy Secretary to the Department of Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs.
