UP Bureaucracy Reshuffle: Three officers transferred in a minor rejig


Uttar Pradesh government led by Yogi Adityanath has transferred three IAS officers across the state in a recent bureaucratic reshuffle.

The list includes Surendra Ram, (2010-Batch) will now be Special Secretary, Rural Development Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh. Ram has been relieved of the post of Special Secretary, Public Works Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.

Abrar Ahmed, (2009-Batch) has been appointed as Secretary – RERA, Lucknow. He has been relieved of the post of Special Secretary – Namami Gange, Gramin Jalpurti Department, Mission Director – Namami Gange Project, Uttar Pradesh.


Anurag Srivastava, (1992-Batch) currently Principal Secretary to the Government of Uttar Pradesh, Rural Development Department, OSD – NOIDA & Project Director – Samuday Pariyojana and Principal Secretary – Panchayati Raj Department, has been given additional charge as Mission Director – Namami Gange Project.
