Amrapali Kata appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Cabinet Secretariat

Amrapali Kata, 2010-batch IAS officer (Andhra Pradesh cadre) has been appointed as the Deputy Secretary in the Cabinet Secretariat, Delhi under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of four years.

Kata was earlier serving as the Collector, Bhadradri – Kothagudem district, Telangana. Kata has also held the post of Collector, Warangal (Urban) district, Government of Telangana.

Gupta holds a B.tech from IIT Madras (Civil engineering) and a P.G Diploma from IIM Bangalore.
