Kochi Corporation rolls back to manual mode after glitches in online services

Online services of the Kochi Corporation have been stalled due to the technical flaws which remained unfixed in the system for a long while. The problems could not be solved due to tiff between the corporation and TCS, the implementing agency.

As a result, the corporation has rolled back to manual mode in issuance of building permits.
