Turkey launches its first university blockchain centreTurkey has set up the country’s first university-level blockchain centre so that this technology can be adopted on a larger scale.


The Istanbul Blockchain and Innovation Center (Blockchain IST Center) has been inaugurated at Bahçeşehir University (BAU).

Turkey is planning to use Blockchain on a larger scale for research and development and innovation in the country.

Universities across the world have already adopted blockchain, smart contracts, and cryptocurrency-related courses.


The Blockchain Centre will help students and entrepreneurs who want to conduct academic studies in this area.
