Manoj Kumar Parida, a 1986 batch IAS officer of Union Territory cadre, has been appointed as the new Chief Secretary of Pondicherry. Currently, he is working as Joint Secretary in the Department of Consumer Affairs.
Manoj will be replacing Chetan B Sanghi, who is a 1988 batch IAS officer of Arunachal Pradesh-Goa-Mizoram-Union Territories (AGMUT) cadre.
