Bandana Preyashi, a 2003 batch IAS officer of Bihar cadre has been appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Economic Affairs (DEA) under the Ministry of Finance.
At present, she is on compulsory wait as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Legal Affairs. Prior to it, she served as PS to the Union Law Minister, Shri Ravi Shankar Prasad.
