“‘CM Window’ would be inaugurated at all district headquarters. Through this portal, grievances of the people will directly reach the government for redressal,” a spokesperson said.

Government will also launch a new system of registration in all tehsil offices to speed up the work process. Under the system, the registration would be carried out through the medium of e-disha centres, where people concerned could come on a fixed time given to them with their documents.

In the first phase, the system would be launched in district tehsils of Jagadhri, Thanesar, Kaithal, Jind, Karnal, Rohtak, Rewari and Faridabad.
