The Labour Ministry of Dubai has launched a new interactive website for job-seekers. The new website will also guide employers on how to choose their employees.
Institutions will also get guidance through the website on training requirements in the kingdom. The site also provides facilities like hotlines, telephone directory, career guidance and photo centre. The website also includes job-seekers centre and the employers centre under e-Jobs. Under e-Services, there are work permits e-Centre, training e-Centre and forms e-Centre. Bahraini firm 'Ideas' has designed the portal with the support of Microsoft. The Ministry's partners in the project are the Bahrain eGovernment Portal and the Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA).
