The Awqaf and Minors Affairs Foundation (AMAF) has partnered with the AskDubai programme, an initiative which facilitates interaction between the government and its public.
This joint venture will set up the AskDubai call centre, where the public can enquire about services offered by AMAF. The AskDubai call centre will answer all queries about AMAF and its activities related to minors and endowment. The call centre will also assist clients on the step-by-step process of availing of the different services of the agency. AMAF will also manage and find suitable investment for youth as well as promoting their social maturity. While the government will perform other functions, including leasing commercial real estate, delivering documents, studying minors' needs, inheritance inventory, offering investment opportunities, settling inheritance-related conflicts, renewal of residential lease and public disbursement.
