Now, architect will present their building plans in electronic formats as PMC has ceased to accept it in drawing paper. PMC is planning to start this service from April 1, 2007. Nitin Kareer, PMC commissioner announced this at the annual meet of the Promoters and Builders' Association of Poona (PBAP). He announced that all the development control (DC) rules have been converted into AutoCAD files, which will screen and compare the plans with the DC rules and point out deviations.
