Nebraska court, Omaha launches e-Filing system in Sarpy County

Now, Litigants and their attorneys may file documents to the court electronically online. The system put in place uses LexisNexis File & Serve technology. Initially, the Nebraska court will launch two pilot projects to meet with court expectations for cost savings, efficiencies and better service. Soon, other Nebraska courts will institute similar e-Filing services.
