eTeam launched in Uganda

An e-Team has been introduced (ICT experts) by the the Information Network of Uganda (I-Network) to aid adoption of ICTs in various development projects of the nation.

An e-Team has been introduced  (ICT experts) by the the Information Network of Uganda (I-Network) to aid adoption of ICTs in various development projects of the nation.

The sixteen members of ICT for development (ICT4D) expertise team consists of  an advisory group, the supporting and consulting arm of the I-Network. A press statement said the expertise team was established after considerations regarding the adoption of ICTs in various development projects. The team was established as early  in January 2006, now forms to be the third division of I-Network in addition to knowledge sharing and ICT4D policy group.
