eSeva in Hyderabad is now attending to civil grievances, a service launched by Cyberabad police in the state of Andhra Pradesh, India.

eSeva in Hyderabad is now attending to civil grievances, a service launched by Cyberabad police in the state of Andhra Pradesh, India.

All one need to do is head to the nearest eSeva centre in the twin cities and obtains the required documents at doorsteps. This requires no encounters with the policemen. One can obtain copy of First Information Report (FIR) or autopsy report without the fear of visiting police station.Cyberabad Police Commissioner M. Mahender Reddy launched the unique initiative at the eSeva centre here and, citizen-related services in the jurisdiction of the Cyberabad police would be provided through the eSeva centres. The user charges would be collected from applicants for the service.
