Citrix Systems, Inc., a multinational corporation which provides infrastructure solutions, announced its support for the 2007 Special Olympics World summer games to be held on 2nd -11th October 2007 in Shanghai, China. Citrix will provide secure access solutions for various applications including the Game Management System (GMS) to ensure that officials are able to securely access real-time at the games.

 

The GMS holds crucial information on the athletes' data and results produced by over 7,000 special athletes, representing more than 170 countries, who are expected to compete. Citrix will also be providing the access solution at the 2006 Special Olympics Invitational Game, a precursor to the 2007 event, which is being held on 12th
