In this context, e-Procurement means electronic orders/sub-orders in relation to a framework agreement and receipt of electronic invoices (ordering-invoice process). A standard for an electronic invoice, 'Svefakturan' (or 'Swed Invoice') has been developed and is recommended for public sector and their suppliers. The SwedInvoice can also be used B2B.
