Now, South Africa (SA) is in a mood to deliver better service to the visitors during World Cup in 2010. Viewing at the coming event the Government of SA is trying its best to improve the quality of service through ICT as a host country.

 

Forge Ahead, head of research Adrian Schofield said that SA has the ability to produce high-quality Information Communication Technology (ICT) professionals, but the success is limited by a lack of co-ordination between the education system and labour markets. Government has identified this as an issue, but unless there is more collaboration between the public and private sector to develop and transfer skills. He said that the forthcoming event is a biggest challenge to their country.  The country requires a strong ICT solution for the smooth flow of customs, effective health systems and a judicial system that is efficient and ensures the safety of visitors during World Cup 2010.
