A search directory has been recently introduced by Cheltenham Borough Council with more than 100 sports clubs and societies.
The new directory was produced by the e-Government and business development teams as part of a continued effort to improve the council's Internet services.Browsers can access an alphabetical list of all the clubs and societies or do a quick search for a specific one. Each entry gives the name of the club/society venue, contact details, age range of members and whether it is an accredited organisation. Clubs and societies can also update or input their own entry using the keys provided. This particular facility provides comprehensive information on the recreational sector for public utility.
