The Government of Botswana is in the early stages of a move towards e-Government. There is a central government website – www.gov.bw. There is currently no e-Government strategy in place, however the Ministry of Communications, Science and Technology is in the process of establishing an e-Government framework.
As Botswana striders towards further national development and economic growth, there are already scores of programme specific information communications technology (ICT) applications in place across government ministries and departments.
