India is progressing in e-Governance programmes. Recently, Bhoomi Kiosks has launched land record system, which will allow 7 million clients of Karnataka, India to access land records, their rights, tenancy or cultivation. Previously, land record system was manual and paper based system.
Authorities are hoping to gauge the private sector’s expectations of the new e-Government initiative through a survey for businessmen available online.
