Effective ICT policy in Jamaica
Phillip Paulwell, Minister of Industry, Technology, Energy and Commerce, Jamaica, stated that the collaboration between the Ministry of Education and Youth and the technology arm of his Ministry, as one that had resulted in the creation of an effective Information Communication Technology (ICT) policy for the country.
