e-Procurement Adopted by Vietnam
The Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) and the Department of Public Procurement (Ministry of Planning and Investment) announced plans for the establishment of an electronic procurement system in Hanoi, Vietnam. The project will establish a key e-bidding system, based on the Korean national e-procurement system, the Korea Online e-Procurement System.
